联合教学法在肿瘤放疗专业临床教学中的应用(2)

摘要:综上所述,本研究结果首次提出了PBL联合CBL教学法在肿瘤放疗专业中多层次医学生的教育成果,且取得了较为显著的成效。结果显示,实验组理论及临床技
综上所述,本研究结果首次提出了PBL联合CBL教学法在肿瘤放疗专业中多层次医学生的教育成果,且取得了较为显著的成效。结果显示,实验组理论及临床技能操作考试成绩明显优于对照组,提示该综合教学法在肿瘤放疗科取得了更好的教学效果。此外,在教师及学生的满意度调查中显示,PBL联合CBL的教学法更受老师及学生的欢迎,显著优于传统教学模式组。这充分说明,PBL联合CBL的教学法应用于肿瘤放疗科,既增强了多层次医学生的学习的主动性和积极性,又能够很好地培养学生的主动学习能力、临床思维、与病人的沟通能力及批判性思维,提升学生的实践技能以及独立解决临床实际问题的能力,能够弥补传统教学的不足,为临床疾病的诊治及科学研究培养出更多的自主创新型人才。
